At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality Italian craftsmanship. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to maintain the integrity of the leather.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans in Italy inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
